Last year, in France, I spent time doing what I love most — drawing, thinking about how art can bring sustainable solutions to the way we dress.
My idea is simple and radical at once: a garment already has a life. I want to give it a face and a voice. I augment existing pieces and turn them into something singular. A conversation piece of wearable art.
A new chapter of Madame Unikat is now very close to being released. Before it is, I want to better understand the people it’s made for. In fact, I am deeply interested in understanding your relationship with the way you dress. What makes a piece feel truly yours?
