「NFフリンジ」のご紹介。
長野県在住の育種家・中曽根健氏によって作出された、花びらの縁が波打つようにフリンジ状になるトルコキキョウ（リシアンサス）の品種群です。まるでドレスのように華やかな八重咲きの花姿が特徴で，「NF」は「ナカソネフリンジ」の略称。見事なトルコでした。色も数種あります。

皐月を前に菖蒲を入れる
会員制料亭#結中條
1業者にも、ホスピタリティー豊かな女将は、いつも下準備をしてくれています。先週の黄モクレン🟡見事に咲き切ってくれたようです。
切花であっても枝からは葉がでます。
案の定、女将は、取り置いてくれていました。
枝をきれいに剪定して、GWも暦通りのお店に対応できるように、花がなくても、枝とコルジルネだけで型を完成しておきます。
それから、花を添えていきました。
オンシジュームと菖蒲。
爽やかで、勢いもありながら和テイストの菖蒲は入れていても、気持ちが良い🥰琳派の画を思い出しました。
2番花もあると思うんだよなぁ。
少しでも長くお客様に楽しんでいただけますように。
次回は5月1日になります。

枝物もだんだん大きいものを仕入れたくなる。
そろそろ花枝も終わりかな。
相変わらず腱鞘炎が痛いので、できるだけノコギリを使う。
訓練生のみんなが水揚げをしておいてくれるので。
ありがたい。枝は、根元を削っておくのが鉄則。
なかなか触れないので、枝物やアマリリス特別な素材の水揚げも授業の一環として取り入れてます。
生け込みは、初めから片付けまで。
時短も必須。
