🍢 Authentic Flavors: They have a huge variety of Thai classics and everything was packed with flavour. The grilled pork neck and squid were absolute standouts, especially when paired with their sweet, sour and spicy fish sauce.

🥛The meal started with refreshing kombucha drinks made from beetroot, ginger and chilli, showing the chefs' focus on healthy, sustainable ingredients.
🥟The highlight: Chef Wilson's Mala dumplings. Fresh, sweet langoustine sits inside soft wrappers, topped with dots of chilli oil, mala sauce and savoury reductions. A crisp tofu ball and caviar add perfect contrast. I really wanted to clean the plate, literally 😂
🦀Equally fine: the chargrilled Alaskan king crab, half-cooked for tenderness with crunchy, spicy, garlicky shellfish notes and chilli crumbs. The chicken mousse with imperial bird's nest and truffle brings comforting warmth and silky depth.
🍐The meal finished with a poached pear served with amazake ice cream, which offered a perfect balance of sweet and slightly bitter notes to end the evening.

Crispy Deep-Fried Pork Cutlet Bun (Typhoon Shelter styel) which features garlicky breadcrumbs, caramelized onions and a soft bun, the contrast of textures and flavours were fantastic.
I also found a new found love for coffee and coke it was mind-blowing!

Talking about the video itself, I actually preferred the built-in microphone on the Nano, as it felt more natural for a day-in-the-life shoot, compared with the DJI Mic 2. With noise cancellation turned on, the sound felt a bit isolated. Maybe I'll enable 32-bit float recording and turn off the noise cancellation next time.

There are not many conveyor belt sushi places in town but this one is decent, especially when you don't want to think and just pick to eat when it goes past your table 😏
The sushi selection is not extensive, but it was fresh and rice vinegar ratio was on point.
This place is usually packed but we managed to go straight in which was a plus (last time we waited for more than an hour and gave up).
