350ml wody, temperatura 80 stopni
herbatę zaparz przez 3-4 minuty. Dodaj miód i schłódź do temperatury pokojowej, następnie schładzaj w lodówce do podania.
jaśminowe cold foam:
150ml śmietanki 30% (w porcji będzie mniej, część wsiąknie w herbatę podczas zaparzania)
2 łyżeczki herbaty jaśminowej
15g syropu klonowego
spora szczypta soli
25ml mleka/napoju owsianego
Herbatę wymieszaj ze śmietanką i podgrzewaj, niedoprowadzając do wrzenia, przez kilka minut, następnie zostaw na ok. 10 min. Przelej śmietankę przez sitko, najlepiej takie jak do matchy, i mocno schłódz (herbatę i śmietankę najlepiej przygotować w poprzedni wieczór).
do wystygniętej śmietanki dodaj syrop klonowy i sól. Ubij na szytwną śmietanę, następnie dodaj mleko/napój owsiany do uzyskania odpowiedniej konsystencji.
