Am 14./15. November werde ich beim offiziellen H-Y-R-O-X in Düsseldorf insgesamt 12 Pro Men Rennen innerhalb von 24 Stunden absolvieren – mit einem Start alle zwei Stunden.
Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich diese Challenge angehe. Für mich geht es dabei nicht darum, eine außergewöhnliche sportliche Leistung zu zeigen. Die größte Herausforderung ist für mich, täglich Familie, Business, Community und Sport unter einen Hut zu bringen und trotzdem konstant Leistung zu bringen und dabei gechillt zu bleiben.
Mit dieser Challenge möchte ich vor allem eines erreichen: Menschen zum Sport inspirieren.
Wenn ich 12 H-Y-R-O-X Rennen an einem Tag absolvieren kann, dann schaffst du auch dein erstes Rennen. Egal, ob in diesem Jahr oder im nächsten.
Sport macht stärker, gesünder und ausgeglichener. Mit Motivation, Disziplin und der richtigen Community können wir gemeinsam Großes erreichen.
