500g Mascarpone
100g Puderzucker
Löffelbiskuits
200ml Espresso / Mokka (gerne koffeinfrei für erholsamen Schlaf und für die Kinder)
Kakaopulver
Vanille pulver
Abrieb einer Biozitrone
1. Den Kaffee kochen und in eine breite Schüssel geben, damit er kalt genug ist.
2. Die Eier in 2 Schüsseln trennen
3. Zum Eigelb den Puderzucker geben und schaumig rühren
4. In die Masse etwas Vanilleextrakt und den Abrieb einer Biozitrone geben
5. Vorsichtig die Mascarpone unterheben
6. Den Eischnee mit einer Prise Salz schaumig schlagen
7. Eischnee unter die Mascarpone-Zucker-Ei-Mischung heben
8. Den Löffelbiskuit mit der Zuckerseite nach unten in den kalten Kaffee tunken
9. Die Biskuits mit der Zuckerseite nach als erste Schicht in eine Form geben und mit der Mascarponecreme bedecken
10. So lange wiederholen bis die Form voll ist
11. Die Tiramisu mit einer feinen Kakaoschicht bedecken
(Bei Bedarf kann die Tiramisu eingefroren werden)
Gibt ca. 12 Portionen mit ca. 300kcal pro Portion.
