振り返ってみると2025年も楽しいこと、たくさんあった！
特にダンス💃✨
踊ってる時間がやっぱり一番楽しい

“もうすぐ60歳になるので…”って言って
お嬢さん達に協力してもらって
撮りました
みんなノリよく応じてくれて、本当に良い子達❤️
昨年12月に入って
「もう踊れないかもしれない」
なんて思う瞬間もあったけど…
おかげさまで痛みは取れて
また少しずつ動けるようになってきました
動けることのありがたみったら🥹
痛みをかばって首肩はガチガチになったけど
それもゆっくりほぐしていけばいい
下手でも、完璧じゃなくても、
動けるだけでOK🙆♀️
また踊れることに感謝して。
今年もマイペースにいきます✨
