Looking back to December 2nd, 2018—this day will forever hold a special place in my heart. Six years ago, I experienced the biggest turning point in my tattooing career. It was at the Heartwork Tattoo Festival, one of the largest international conventions ever held in India, that I was honored with the prestigious “Best of the Show” award.
The moment my name was announced felt surreal, like a dream I never wanted to wake up from. I stood there, completely blank, overwhelmed by emotions. It wasn’t just an award—it was the culmination of 10 years of relentless hard work, sleepless nights, and unwavering passion. That day, I felt on top of the world.
Winning this award didn’t just validate my efforts; it marked the beginning of a new chapter in my journey. It was the point where the underdog transitioned into a master, where my belief in myself and my craft reached new heights. This moment gave me renewed energy, a stronger purpose, and an even deeper love for the art of tattooing.
I am forever grateful to everyone who stood by me on this journey. To my parents, for their unconditional support. To my friends, for cheering me on every step of the way. To my incredible team, for being my backbone during the toughest times. And most importantly, to the universe and to God, for guiding me and showering me with opportunities and love.
