This one hasn’t been easy to come to terms with, especially because of the timing. But in a weird way, it’s made me step back and appreciate the sport from a completely different perspective. Watching instead of doing, learning instead of pushing, it’s changed a lot for me.
Still so grateful I got to be at national squad camp and be around such an amazing group of people 🤍
Right now it’s all about recovering properly, staying patient, and putting in the work behind the scenes. I’ll be back, stronger, smarter, and even more grateful to do what I love. ✨

I am very happy with my achievements and performance at the 2025 WAGC.
Firstly and most importantly I would like to thank my parents, coaches and friends who have been with me every step of the way to make this possible. My parents for believing in me and guiding me with all their love and support. My coaches back at home (Will, Jess and Chloe) who helped me get as prepared as possible and for always pushing me to do my best. My AUS team coaches (Dima and Tash ) who helped me train and compete in Spain. My friends who knew exactly what to say when I needed to hear it and for always cheering me on. This was most certainly a team effort and I couldn’t have done it without them.
Of course I am very proud of my result, however the thing that I’m most proud of is competing my highest DD for a pass yet. I successfully competed my double transition for the first time!
I had a wonderful time over in Pamplona representing Australia. I look forward to getting back in the gym after a little break to work hard so I can keep achieving my goals and keep representing my country.
