Eu me recordo de ter limitações nos treinos especificamente esse ano, enfrentava batalhas pessoais e carregava um peso de depender financeiramente do meu negócio, academia. Estava em transição de ser atleta para empreendedor e tomei algumas medidas que seriam financeiramente mais saudável pro meu negócio. Com isso tive algumas limitações de treinos no início. Lembro que nesse ano especificamente, meu principal treino era um faixa azul e treinávamos muito juntos. Toda minha preparação foi com um aluno basicamente. Mas quando temos planejamentos, treinos ajustados, métodos para se desenvolver o que resta é acreditar no trabalho.
Eu sempre treinei basicamente em casa, sem grandes astros no tatame, sem campeões mundiais e até mesmo professor pra me orientar.
Minha caminhada era sozinho.
Na real era sempre Deus sussurrando nos meus ouvidos me fazendo acreditar e dando direcionamento.
Ele nunca deixou de estar do meu lado!
Foi mais um desses dias que você prova pra você mesmo, que está no caminho certo. Provei pra mim que sou capaz de me colocar no mais alto nível competitivo e vencer dos melhores mesmo treinando em casa.
Isso é um trabalho dobrado e nem todos estão dispostos a pagar esse preço.
Venci atletas, conquistei títulos na faixa preta me dedicando muito e acreditando muito no trabalho que estava realizando.
A prova do que é o método Oak está gravado na história e isso nem ninguém pode contestar.
O método Oak vai além de técnicas! É sobre mentalidade, dedicação, acreditar, se preparar para viver a sua melhor versão dentro e fora do tatame.
Eu me coloquei em testes pra provar a mim mesmo de que esse era um trabalho diferenciado e que causa impacto com resultados. A prova é que com o passar dos anos, não só eu colhi esses frutos, mas vi os alunos crescendo, se tornando pessoas autênticas, de mentalidade forte e conquistando títulos mundiais ainda nas faixas de base.
