Their first real summer heat. Their first air that hums with dragonflies and mosquitoes 🦟 Their first long afternoon where even the swans 🦢 rest quietly in the shade with their eight tiny cygnets.
So the humans decided to build something new for the little wilderness brothers:
A second catio at the backyard side of the house, facing the gentle northeast light. Morning sun beneath the old cherry tree…cool shadows during the hot noon hours…and the soft river breeze moving through the leaves.
“The wise cat does not fight the summer,” says the Purrlosopher.“ He follows the shade, listens to the wind, and watches the world slow down.”
