Je crois sincèrement n’avoir jamais mangé un praliné aussi bon. Les ganaches, les chocolats… tout est confectionné à la main, avec une précision et une finesse devenues aujourd’hui précieuses, presque rares.
Mettre en lumière ce savoir-faire français, ce travail artisanal d’exception, est essentiel pour moi.
