We are trialling a weekday daily community class option. This will be a daily pay what you can afford class, just drop in and pay in cash on the day (suggested donation £10 but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds) or you can still use a class credit from a pack or membership if preferred.

Monday 11am Yoga for the over 45s with tea and biscuits after
Tuesday 7.15am Morning Flow
Wednesday 10am Parent and baby with tea and chats
Thursday 7.45pm Yoga for beginners
