The Wada Pav which is essentially an Indian potato burger with spicy sauce was insane. I really liked the tamarind and Coriander chutney with the crispy. The curry was very good and almost tasted of meat.

I visited last weekend and it did not disappoint. The menu is incredible and the staff were so nice. The food was good too, I loved everything and even took some home. #invite

💫 Papri Chaat
This was delicious, Chaat are meant to be spicy, sweet, sour and salty at the same time. It could have done with a bit more spice but that’s my only criticism.

💫 Punjabi Samosa
The pastry was so flakey and the potato filling was amazing. It was 10/10

💫 Papadom Basket & Chutney
Loved the 4 varieties of chutneys we were given.

💫 Tandoori Mixed Grill
This was the highlight for sure. It had lamb, chicken and prawns. It was seasoned well and every single piece of meat tasted good and different.

Was super creamy and good.

💫 Punjabi Chole
This was so good, probably my fav out of this whole thing cause this was actually spicy.

Was delicious and soft, can’t go wrong with it

If you have not tried a whole roasted cauliflower you are missing out for sure. 😍

The cauliflower was so soft and flavourful but with crunchy pine nuts and breadcrumbs on top. Thank you for the fresh organic ingredients. 💚

You will need the following ingredients;
💫 Cauliflower
💫 Paprika Butter; Loads of butter, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
💫 Topping; 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp pine nuts, fresh parsley, some butter

Instructions;
💫 Take off the leaves from cauliflower and cut off the excess stalk
💫 Boil the whole cauliflower in water for about 10 mins
💫 Pre-heat oven for 200 degrees
💫 Make paprika butter by mixing together butter, paprika, salt and pepper (amount of butter depends on how big the cauliflower head is)
💫 Let the cauliflower be fully dry and spread the paprika butter on the cauliflower (make sure the butter reaches nooks and crannies for flavour)
💫 Let the cauliflower cook in the oven and baste it from time to time, its done when a skewer can easily go inside the head. It took me about 40 mins for a small one
💫 Cook some breadcrumb in butter, pine nuts and parsley for the topping
