When the enquiry for a wedding on the edge of Loch Lomond landed in my inbox, I was excited. And what a day it turned out to be.
Of course the Scottish weather had its own plans!
A storm rolled in the day before and after a lot of “Will I make it?!” chat, I made a last-minute decision to travel up the night before just to be safe. And there was a worry that we wouldn’t get any time by the loch at all.
Then came the magic...
We caught a rainbow, dramatic skies, and the kind of atmosphere you just can’t plan. The clouds even parted for a couple of minutes and gifted us a mini sunset.
Then Blue Hour. This awesome couple even threw on their jackets, embraced the wind, and headed out for a stormy evening shoot in the churchyard. Before the party kicked in with awesome
