夕方にサンセバスチャンに到着し
旧市街地にある美食の社交場へ
人気のバル Gandarias ガンダリアスで
ピンチョス5種類とチャコリを飲む。
ピンチョスは思っていたよりボリュームがあって
5つで結構お腹いっぱいに。
デザートはバスクチーズケーキ発祥のバル
「ラヴィーニャ」で、テイクアウト。
ホテルの部屋で紅茶を淹れてゆっくり食べました。
本場La Viñaのチーズケーキは驚くほど大きく、甘さもしっかりあり、食感も「チーズケーキとカスタードの中間」のようなとろける仕上がりでした。
このチーズケーキはバスク地方の伝統菓子というわけでもなく、
お菓子の専門店でもなく、
サンセバスチャンのバルのひとつである
ラビーニャのチーズケーキが2017年ごろ
爆発的に有名になったのだそうです。
本物はあとを引く美味しさ❤️

緑に囲まれた郊外の一軒家レストラン。
バスク地方にあるミシュラン三つ星レストランです。
分子ガストロノミーと呼ばれる料理法をご存知でしょうか？
液体窒素による急速冷凍や、エスプーマと呼ばれる泡や、低温調理は日本のレストランでも馴染みがありましたが、
なかでも驚いたのは、液体を薄い膜で包み込む「球体化 エスフェリシカシオン」の技法。
口に運んだ瞬間、宝石のような球体がはじけ、中から豊かな風味が広がる体験はまさに新感覚でした。
けれど、このレストランが目指しているのは、単なる驚きではなく、
バスクの豊かな食材に、フランス料理の確かな技法。
そして現代的な表現を重ねながらも、最後に心に残るのは「味の完成度」。
一皿一皿が美しく、繊細で、どこまでもおいしく
延々と食べ続ける！
最先端の技術と伝統への敬意が見事に調和した、忘れられない食体験でした。

魚介類が美味しい「海バスク」と
山の幸が美味しい「山バスク」のふたつが楽しめます。
ひとつ10センチはある大きい赤トウガラシ🌶️。
それほど辛くなくてマイルドな辛味で
粗挽きパウダーは煮込み料理に入れると
味が引き立つというので買ってみました。
ピンチョスの彩りにも使われています。
辛いのがちょっと苦手ですが
これぐらいなら大丈夫👌
珍しい
トウガラシ🌶️入りのチョコレート専門店も❤️
アムステルダムの空港には
人が動いている有名な時計がふたつあります。
ロンドンでも似たのを見かけました。
そのうち日本にも上陸するんじゃないかなー
ヨーロッパはただでさえも遠いのに
アムステルダムで遅延💦
白い芍薬「白雪姫」も
全て満開に。
春らしい涼しい日が続いたので
パラソルで日除けをしながら
1週間ほど
庭にテーブルを出しっぱなしにしてみました。
途中に雨の日もあって

花を巡る世界の旅
「オランダ」
16〜17世紀にオランダで「花」を描いた静物画が流行しました。
フェルメールと同じ時代です。
「Dutch&Flemish（ダッチアンドフレミッシュ）」様式
とも呼ばれ、
ヤン・ファン・ハイムス
ヤン・デ・ヒーム
など多くの画家がいます。
必ず描かれているのは
「パロットチューリップ」
家や土地とチューリップの球根１個が等価だったという
チューリップ・バブルを巻き起こしたほどの
魔性の花です。
１週間かけて
パロット・チューリップがいい感じに開いてきた朝、
珍しい「ポピー」と「プリムラ」に
花市場で偶然出会って
タイミング良くやっと巡り会えた！と
朝から興奮しました。
これまでもダッチ＆フレミッシュ様式の写真は
「LIVING PHOTO Still Evenというスタイルで
発表してきましたが、
多分、動画は初！！かな？

私はプロデューサー兼主演女優💦
皆が楽しそうに撮影しているのを
俯瞰で捉えてみたいと
「ドローン撮影」にチャレンジしてみました。
映像制作では、
どのような映像を撮って
組み立てていくのか
ストーリーを作るところからスタートします。
今回の監督は茂手木秀行氏、
ドローン撮影は川村剛弘氏
青山秀一氏です。
写真家でドローン教官、
映画やＣＭの仕事をしている
ドリーム・チームにお願いしました。
機材も映画用の小型最新機
DJI Mavic 3 Pro CINE
SONYのシネマ用カメラFX3を装着したドローンの
二機体制です。
音楽も大事なので
今回はオリジナル曲を
WATANABE TAKEAKIに依頼しました。
映画並みに
エンドロールが必要ですよね！
「オープンカーに花をのせて走るシーン」を
監督に提案されて
「わたしの車はルーフだって開かないのにどうしたらいい？」
と呟いてみたら、
「私行きますよ！」と真っ先に手をあげてくれた
友人に感謝です。
真っ赤なシートの白いメルセデス
このシーンだけでも何本も何本も撮りました。
ドローンチームは
かなり遠くで操作しているので
声が届きません。
トランシーバーが「花かご」の中に
仕込まれていて、
「乾杯のポーズをして！！！」
「もっと楽しそうに！！！」
「今道さん、そのわざとらしい動きは要りません！」
と指示が飛んできます。
全方位に素晴らしい広大な景色が拡がっていて
シロツメ草など可愛い花が沢山さいていて
夢のような場所でした。
「ここは『大河ドラマ』の合戦のシーンとかで
使えそうですよねぇ」と
ランチを食べながら話していたら、
「そう思って土地所有者と契約しました」と
言うではないですか。
松潤来ちゃう？？？
今回の主演女優はわたしですが
「セリフ」が無くてもこんなに大変！
やっぱり女優は絶対無理だわ～～～💦
この撮影のために数日前から体力を消耗し過ぎて、
慣れない屋外活動で
「全撮影はこれで終わりました。
午後からはドローン操縦体験です」
と告げた直後に、目の前が暗転。
激しい頭痛と嘔吐。
熱中症で救急車で近くの病院に搬送され
サイレンを鳴らして派手に退場となりました。
2時間ほど点滴＆爆睡で回復。
みんなに心配をかけて、
恥ずかしいエンディングでした。
これからの季節、
皆様も「熱中症」には
くれぐれもお気を付けください。
