We use Kaipaki Dairies milk in all of our dairy gelato flavours. The milk all comes from a beautiful 200-hectare block - the Bardoul family farm - in the heart of Waikato.
The milk arrives to us in 10L pails. The pails are then returned to the farm for sterilisating and re-use. No waste! Recycling is good, but reuse is better 👌

Here’s something to make at home, to make the Anzac biscuit last a little longer…
ANZAC BISCUIT GELATO CAKE
Serves 2-3
120g plain flour
80g brown sugar
75g Harraway’s Rolled Oats
40g desiccated coconut
70g butter
1 tbsp golden syrup
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp hot water
35g butter, melted
1½ cups Little ‘Lato Anzac Biscuit gelato
Preheat oven to 170°C fan bake. Line a 20x20cm tin.
Mix flour, sugar, oats + coconut. Melt butter + golden syrup, then stir in baking soda dissolved in hot water (it’ll foam). Combine with dry ingredients to form a dough.
Press into tin and bake 12–15 mins until golden. Cool completely.
Crush 150g of the biscuit slab + mix with melted butter. Press into a small cake tin to form a base and freeze 20 mins.
Soften the gelato slightly, then pack over the base and smooth. Freeze 4+ hours (or overnight).
Remove from tin, top with extra crumbs, slice with a hot knife + serve immediately 🤍
