This video was taken back in August, when I flew to Texas and stayed with Bri and her family for 5 days around a conference.
It was summer break, something I’m grateful for, and I was able to go, be present, and fully enjoy the moment.
One night turned into an impromptu basketball game — me & Cohen vs Clay & Cooper.
Cohen passed me the ball, I threw a behind-the-back pass, he turned and swished it from almost the three-point line.
No agenda. No phones. Just laughter and memories.
And it reminded me of something important:
This is the kind of freedom I’m working toward, not just seasonally, but year-round.
I still teach.
I still show up and do the work.
But behind the scenes, I’m building something bigger.
I’m building a business that isn’t limited to weekends, holidays, or approved time off.
A life where freedom isn’t tied to a calendar.
Where moments like this don’t depend on the time of year.
I’m in the process of building the biggest business of my life, and I’m doing it with intention.
Not for status.
Not for hype.
But for flexibility, freedom, and the ability to say yes when life happens.
And I’m not building it alone.
I’m bringing people with me who want more control over their time, income, and future.
