Viele Menschen stehen früh auf, arbeiten den ganzen Tag und versuchen danach noch irgendwie ihr eigenes Leben unterzubringen.
Manchmal fühlt es sich an, als würde man nur noch funktionieren.
Deshalb bewundere ich jeden Menschen, der trotz eines vollen Alltags noch versucht, auf seine Gesundheit zu achten, Sport zu machen, Freunde zu treffen oder Zeit für sich selbst zu finden.
Denn Zeit ist heute für viele kein Luxus.
Zeit ist die knappste Ressource überhaupt.
Vielleicht sollten wir deshalb etwas verständnisvoller miteinander sein.
Nicht jeder, der absagt, keine Zeit hat oder sich selten meldet, hat das Interesse verloren.
Manche Menschen geben einfach jeden Tag ihr Bestes, um alles unter einen Hut zu bekommen.

Was mich dabei besonders traurig macht: Wer Hilfe sucht, rennt oft gegen Mauern. Der Mangel an Kassensitzen ist ein riesiges Problem, die Wartezeiten sind monatelang und private Therapien für die meisten schlicht unbezahlbar. Professionelle Hilfe darf eigentlich kein Luxusgut sein.
Und genau deshalb sind Momente wie dieser hier so unendlich wertvoll. Es ist keine medizinische Therapie,aber es ist eine „kleine Therapie“ für die Seele. Ein Moment der absoluten Ruhe in der Natur. Einfach mal durchatmen, den Kopf ausschalten und den Boden unter den Füßen spüren. Entweder ganz für sich oder mit Lieblingsmenschen, bei denen man einfach sein darf, ohne Maske – Menschen, die das Herz leichter machen.
Wenn das System uns warten lässt, müssen wir erst recht lernen, gut zu uns selbst zu sein. Sucht euch diese kleinen Momente des Glücks, um runterzukommen. Sie kosten nichts, aber sie bedeuten die Welt. Passt auf euch auf. 🤍✨
