La crema di limone all’acqua adatta sia ai celiaci che agli intolleranti del lattosio!!
Ci serviranno:
500 ml di acqua
60 gr di amido (o fecola o maizena)
150 ml di succo di limone spremuto
200 gr di zucchero
Un uovo
Iniziamo la PREPARAZONE
Montiamo l’uovo con lo zucchero a lungo fino a quando non diventerà spumoso. Spremiamo i limoni di e versiamo il succo nella ciotola con l’uovo montato continuando a mescolare. Aggiungiamo anche l’acqua e l’amido, mescoliamo tutti gli ingredienti insieme avendo cura che non si formino grumi fino all’ottenimento di un composto liscio ed omogeneo. A questo punto mettiamo la crema in una casseruola sul fuoco per circa 10 minuti, sempre mescolando, finché non si stacca dalle pareti della pentola. Facciamola raffreddare in tazza se la vogliamo gustate al cucchiaio oppure una volta fredda la ottimo utilizzare per farcire i dolci preferiti!!
