Your subconscious mind is quietly shaping your reality.
Not your goals.
Not your vision board.
Not what you say you want.
But what you consistently allow into your mind.
So I made a few shifts:
1ļøā£ I became very strict about what I consume mentally.
Conversations. Music. Social media. Other peopleās fears.
Because once something sinks into your subconscious, it stops being ājust informationā it becomes belief.
And belief becomes reality.
2ļøā£ I created a mental filter for other peopleās beliefs.
Whenever someone says something I donāt want to adopt like ālife is a struggleā or āmoney is scarce,ā I literally tap my shoulder as a signal to my brain:
Not mine. Reject.
It sounds small.
But pattern interrupts are powerful.
If you donāt consciously filter beliefs, you unconsciously inherit them.
And inherited beliefs create inherited lives.
3ļøā£ I stopped abandoning myself to keep the peace.
Saying yes when I meant no.
Laughing when I felt uncomfortable.
Shrinking to avoid conflict.
Self-abandonment is subtle but it slowly erodes your power.
The more I chose myself, the more my life began choosing me back.
4ļøā£ I stopped forcing what felt wrong in my body.
Thereās a difference between growth discomfort and soul resistance.
One expands you.
The other contracts you.
Learning that difference changed everything.
Your mind and body are always communicating with you.
The question is are you listening?
Your reality isnāt random.
Itās rehearsed.
Choose carefully what you practice.
Day 1 and 2 were brutal.
My mind wanted to escape.
My body resisted.
There was nowhere to run.
No phone. No distraction. No comfort.
Then Day 3 came.
Something shifted.
Instead of fighting my thoughts, I started observing them.
I noticed my triggers.
I noticed cravings rise.
And instead of acting on them⦠I just watched.
And something powerful happened.
The craving passed.
Nothing is permanent.
Everything is temporary.
That was the moment I realized:
If I can observe an impulse without reacting to it, I am no longer controlled by it.
Thatās when I began to feel true control over my mind.
For 10 days:
Up at 4:30 am.
Meditating on and off until 9pm.
Over 100 hours of observing reality exactly as it is.
On Day 10, during my final meditation, something happened.
My legs and hands began to feel invisible.
A wave of sensation moved from the base of my body to the top of my head.
Then an enormous surge of energy poured through me.
It felt like electricity moving through a narrow channel.
Intense. Precise. Alive.
My awareness expanded rapidly.
Body awareness dissolved.
It felt like travelling into higher and higher planes of existence.
But this was beyond anything I had ever experienced.
What I encountered felt more real than physical reality.
Why am I sharing this?
Because most people think their thoughts are who they are.
Theyāre not.
Most people think their cravings define them.
They donāt.
Most people think this physical reality is the only one.
It isnāt.
There is more to you than your impulses.
More than your temporary emotions.
More than the identity youāre currently living inside.
If this resonates, share it with someone who needs to remember who they really are.
And if you feel the call, go inward.
Donāt believe me.
See for yourself. š§š»āāļø

Today, Iāve realized the sweetest form of freedom is sharing it. š
Seeing my parentsā joy mirror my joyā¦
Their laughter has become my new happiness. āļøšŗ
#lovemyparentsā„ļø
ļ¼first 3 days was so hardšµš but after surrendering it got better š ~plus I had the best roommate whom became my lil soul sister,š½ā„ļø thinking of you šø)
Some of the things I learned:
šøImpermanence (Anicca)
Everything rises and passes away. Pain, pleasure, thoughts, sensations nothing stays. This truth becomes viscerally real.
šøEquanimity
Learning not to react to every feeling or sensation. Developing a still mind in the middle of intensity.
šøObservation without attachment Watching discomfort, boredom, or bliss without clinging or aversion.
šøCraving is suffering
Whether itās craving pleasure or avoiding pain, both bind us. Freedom comes from detachment.
šøDeep Compassion
Judgment drops, and empathy rises.
Everyone is just doing their best with their level of awareness.
P.S. I notice I became way more sensitive after though. Sensitive to environment, people, noises, food etc.
Anybody else have done this? What was your experience like? š«ā„ļø
