This song, called Pesah a la Mano, was written by modern Ladino songwriting legend Flory Jagoda. Born in Sarajevo and raised in a musical Ladino-speaking Sephardic family, she wrote the beloved Ladino Hanukkah song Ocho Kandelikas and became a celebrated performer, recording artist, and NEA National Heritage Fellow who lived in the Washington, DC area until her death in 2021 at the age of 97.
