I had no confidence in myself, but I'll tell you how I turned my life around.
I no longer knew who I was.
I guess my body was rejecting the idea of working overtime every day and spending most of the year with people I honestly didn't get along with.
I was worried about whether I could continue working at that job for the rest of my life.
Every day I compare myself to others.
If I don't drink alcohol, I feel unstable and can't sleep.
Between the ages of 24 and 26, no matter what I did, my skin condition wouldn't go away. Then I developed panic attacks.
I was a former member of the brass band and hated weight training, so I started going to a personal gym with some skepticism.
It was the beginning of a new life.
I successfully lost 8kg with the right training methods and a diet that my body will love.
By investing 1 million yen of her savings in personal training instead of cosmetic surgery, I achieved a healthy, toned body that won't rebound.
My face has gotten smaller and my skin has gotten better.
The reactions of those around me suddenly changed.
I was able to get the attention of the person I admired.
Thanks to the habit of training, my mind became more stable and I stopped comparing myself to others.
I then began to think that I wanted to become a personal trainer who could support people who were struggling like me, so I decided to enter a body contest.
And I learned the knowledge I needed to become a fitness trainer.
The success of my clients who trusted me and followed me in their training and dieting efforts is a treasure to me.
I am currently serving as CEO of "SARUME", an activewear brand based on the concept of traditional Japanese culture and natural beauty, which I have created from scratch.
I also made my own organic hemp protein, "Mikoto", from scratch over the course of three years.
