16 years together & 13 years married! 👰♀
We never expected that we would be blessed with 2 children who would need life long care, and that weekends away, nights out or dates wouldn't be apart of our story, but look at us, still each other's favourite person, still able to laugh, hold hands across the table & smile about the wonderful life we have created. How blessed we are that no matter how quick our alone time together passes, we are equally as excited to get home to our boys & LuLu 🐾
We get 2 hours together, once a year, and somehow it's always enough ✨️ Is it easy? Nope. Is it worth it? With You? Always!

I’m not an “Autism is a superpower” type, I’m a “whatever works for your family, I’ll cheer you on” type. I’m honest, a little anxious, a little funny… a little sarcastic, but a lot kind 🤍 I have really prioritised my health, quit smoking, stopped drinking, survived years of domestic violence and then went on to marry the love of my life. I openly share the real ups and downs of marriage and healing. I’ve walked through PND, which almost took my life, and continue to do the work to heal from childhood trauma. I’m the cycle breaker, and sometimes, that can be really lonely.
I speak openly about anxiety, parenting, neurodivergence, and caregiving because pretending it’s easy helps no one. I celebrate this journey with honesty, humour, and heart, reminding you (and me) that we’re enough, exactly as we are.
My goal is to create a safe space where you can show up as yourself, no masks, no filters. Because we’re not just parents or carers. We’re human. We’re learning, growing, and living.
