Ich hatte aber auch nicht genug Zeit, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden.
Wir schnorchelten über Riffe, vorbei an Schiffswracks. Und sahen viele bunte Fische, eine Meeresschildkröte (Bild 2) und ein paar Mantas (Bild 3)!😍
Dazu gutes Essen, viel Reggae und die Entspanntheit der Locals. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Stadt versprüht heutzutage noch mal einen ganz anderen Charme als der Rest des Landes. Etwa das Hotel Rustavi auf dem ersten Foto ist innen wie außen ein tolles Relikt aus der Sowiet-Zeit!
Das Beste aber war der Weg nach Rustavi aus den Bergen: 40 Kilometer lang führte er auf Feldwegen direkt an der Grenze zu Aserbaidschan entlang! Das zeige ich Euch in meinem Youtube-Video, das ich gerade schneide. 😉 Stay tuned, Freunde!
