• Dereotu (ince kıyılmış, isteğe göre)

Yapılışı
1. Tereyağını tencerede eritin, küp doğranmış soğanları ekleyip yumuşayana kadar kavurun.
2. Bademleri ekleyin, hafifçe kavurun.
3. Yıkanıp süzülmüş pirinci ilave edin, şeffaflaşana kadar kavurun.
4. Kuru kayısı, kuş üzümü ve baharatları ekleyin.
5. Kestanelerin bir kısmını tencereye ekleyip karıştırın.
6. Kaynar suyu ve tuzu ilave edin, karıştırın.
7. Tencerenin kapağını kapatın, kaynadıktan sonra ocağın altını kısın ve pilav suyunu çekene kadar pişirin.
8. Pilav piştikten sonra ince kıyılmış dereotunu ekleyip nazikçe karıştırın.
9. Pilavı demlendirin.
10. Servis ederken üzerine biraz daha kestane ve dereotu ekleyin.
