when it comes to ~feeling deeply~ it helps me to look at emotions like a color palette. learning your emotions is like learning how to paint. you can also extend your palette and learn to understand each color a little better. trying out new colors might feel scary at first, but eventually, you’ll get better at using them. back in the day, i used to strongly dislike green tones. it wasn’t until a trip to ecuador in 2022 that the beauty of this color, through nature, revealed itself to me. using a wider color palette, even beyond your comfort zone, might turn an initial challenge into a beautiful rainbow painting. learning how to paint can get a bit messy sometimes, but the end result will outshine simplified versions in depth and detail. the complexity of a well painted painting might take longer, more effort, and struggles, but the reward will always be worth it.
you are love.

surrender to love. not as a thing to do. love is so much deeper than that.

love strips you naked.
love eats you.
so make yourself lovable to love.

love love’s sweetness, kindness, gentleness, clarity, peace, stillness.

love is here. if you put your attention on what’s missing, then you suffer. stay in your heart with love rather than leave for a future without love.

stay attached to love. when you get quiet, love reveals itself. when you get busy looking for it, the right partner, the right job, the right home, it comes and goes.

that’s not love. that’s the ego, rejection, desire.

that’s why you have to give yourself to it, fully.
I’ve gotten so used to running I almost forgot what it feels like to walk. I catch myself experiencing yet another dopamine high from a documentary-like adventure I live, just like the one last week and probably like the one next week. Three days of flights and 30+ hours on planes, but it’s okay, I’ve learned to stay present really well. Or is it dissociating? I’m not sure. But I’ve stopped using any devices or stimulation on them, as I feel like being on a plane is the only time I actually just get to sit with my thoughts these days. It is taking me 10035 km away at 925 km/h. I think of my family and animals back home and wonder how they are doing. My dad’s birthday is coming up, and as much as I’ll try to make it, my calendar somehow always fills after the 10th attempt of keeping a solid plan. I keep running and running, even if my knees start hurting. It’s like always eating and never digesting. But I’m strong and capable, and somewhere this journey is also making me feel good. Accomplished. Disciplined. And free. Maybe because I am bound to nothing. Adventures have truly shaped the person I am. I feel like my free spirit enjoys wandering and exploring so much, walking barefoot through tropical rainforests and swimming with wild creatures of mother’s lungs. My journey is still continuing, currently through other realms, universes and spaces way beyond Earth. My soul has taken me on a path inward. I’ve started walking again, and have to say it feels good. I realized walking can be just as beautiful. I’ve noticed the details in the flowers as I walk past, play with the bumblebees while sitting in the grass, and some days cry myself a river instead of swimming in one. My body is thanking me for the stability, and my mind is learning what home feels like for the first time in a long time. I believe freedom is a state of mind, maybe so is home, but this time it’s different.
We live in a world where growth is glamorized. Made to look beautiful, then packaged and sold to a society desperate for purification, or at least the illusion of it. It has become one of the biggest industries of our time, built on our collective desire to become better humans and to heal both ourselves and the world. And there is nothing inherently wrong with that, that desire is powerful and necessary.

But the truth is, growth rarely looks like butterflies and rainbows. It is messy, confusing. Sot feels like three steps forward and five steps back. It can be ugly. It can be uncomfortable. And it can be deeply confronting to face yourself without distraction.

The spaces and offerings that exist today can be beautiful. They can open doors. They can give language, tools, and community. But none of them will change you unless you change yourself. No ceremony, no training, no environment can do the work for you.

And often, these spaces come at a high price, quietly reinforcing the idea that a more evolved version of yourself is something you have to buy, and something that remains out of reach for those who cannot afford it.

But change does not come from buying access. It comes from showing up. From making different choices, repeatedly. From carrying what you learn into your actual life, long after the workshop ends and the feeling fades.

The cacao will not manifest your intentions. The yoga training will not make you a yogi. What will is discipline, dedication, curiosity, and the willingness to face yourself honestly.

Growth is not something you consume. It is something you practice.

My life is a constant series of death and rebirth. Just as a snake sheds its own skin, as a phoenix rises from the ashes, I am too anew.
Social media becomes really dull once life becomes really full.

The biggest bliss of it is its ability to connect likeminded souls from all around the world, the community and inspiration I have gained from it is something I will forever be grateful for.

These days, I find myself being extra intentional with what I post. I have higher standards and new definitions for what I find of meaning and service.

We all should live more and scroll less. I find myself spending days completely off social media and prioritizing myself, my relationships, my self studies.

Every once in a healthy while I recalibrate myself and my life, and newly orient myself towards a future that feels most aligned and potent. Feels like swinging a compass, making sure I still hit true north. Those are times of integration and introspection for me, but I always come out higher and happier.
