Ein Tag, zwei Welten und jede Menge überraschende Talente: Die FRISCH AUF Frauen haben ihre Trikots gegen Warnwesten getauscht und den Helm festgezurrt. Plötzlich hieß es: Bagger statt Ball, Schalung statt Siebenmeter. Und was sollen wir sagen?
Zwischen Staubwolken, Schalung und schwerem Gerät wurde viel gelacht – und schnell klar:
Baustelle ist kein Zuckerschlecken! Doch egal, wie ungewohnt die Aufgaben waren, der Teamgeist war immer mit am Start.
Zurück auf dem "Spielfeld" hieß es für uns dann: Siebenmeter werfen statt Schalung bauen…
Und unsere Jungs? Die durften sich von den Mädels erst einmal zeigen lassen, wie man das Tor auch wirklich trifft. 😉
Ob unsere Würfe eher an Bauklötze oder an Traumtore erinnert haben? Sagen wir mal so: Die Flugkurven waren… kreativ. Und der Spaßfaktor? Unschlagbar!
Am Ende stand fest: Ob Beton oder Ball – ohne Teamgeist läuft gar nichts. Und ein bisschen Humor schadet auch nicht.

Bei der Reaktivierung der Hermann‑Hesse‑Bahn bei Calw ging es für TIP‑Teilnehmer Marius nicht nur um Tunnel, Bauabläufe und Infrastruktur.
Seine Station bei der ARGE Fledermauseinhausung zeigt, wie vielseitig Bauleitung wirklich sein kann.
Denn moderne Infrastruktur bedeutet heute mehr als Beton, Stahl und Termine. 🚧
Es geht auch darum, Lebensräume zu schützen 🌿 und technische Lösungen zu entwickeln, die Bauprojekt und Naturschutz zusammenbringen.
Eine der spannendsten Fragen dabei:
Woher wissen Fledermäuse eigentlich, in welchen Tunnel sie fliegen sollen? 🦇
