Und 2.: Gym durchziehen und richtig Muskeln aufbauen. Nach 8 Monaten habe ich mal wieder ein Bild gemacht und mir das erste Mal gedacht: „Du hast es geschafft. Ziel erreicht!“ 🙏🏽 8 Monate 3-4x die Woche trainieren gehen, auf Ernährung achten (wobei ich mir hier auch nichts verbiete und mir alles gönne was ich will- Pizza, Döner, Burger, Snacks, etc 😄).
Es ist auch ein bisschen ein Beweis dafür, dass es nicht immer diese strengen Pläne braucht und man krass auf die Ernährung achten muss. Positives Mindset und Disziplin (im Sinne von regelmäßig ins Gym gehen) sind für mich der Schlüssel zum Erfolg 🙏🏽
