Angespuckt werden stand jetzt ehrlich gesagt nicht auf meiner 2026-Bullshitbingo-Karte, aber Leben hat dann doch immer noch ein paar Überraschungen parat.
Ich würde das Ganze zur Anzeige bringen, kann mich aber weder an die Gesichter erinnern noch an sonst irgendwas von ihrem Aussehen. Ich habe nicht auf die beiden geachtet als sie mir entgegenkamen (habe ja auch nichts dergleichen erwartet) und konnte nicht schnell genug reagieren nachdem es passiert ist, weil ich komplett unter Schock stand.
Ich will eigentlich nur sagen: Wenn dir auch schon mal in jeglicher Form übergriffiges Verhalten passiert ist, du hast keine Schuld, du bist nicht allein und deine Wut ist berechtigt. Ich glaube eher wir sind nicht wütend genug.

Ich möchte auf diesem Account zeigen, dass es wichtig ist genug zu essen, um diesem Sport nachzugehen. Möchte aber auch transparent teilen, dass ich das nicht immer schaffe. Daraus folgt für mich aber auch: ich gehe dann nicht laufen.
Früher - während meiner ES - bin ich gelaufen, um mir essen zu verdienen, heute mach ich es umgekehrt. Erst essen, dann laufen.
Laufen verlangt dem Körper extrem viel ab. Daher ist es wirklich wichtig gut versorgt zu sein. Anderenfalls läufst du früher oder später in Verletzungen rein. Das durfte ich selbst lernen.
Ich liebe Laufen und würde am liebsten nichts anderes machen. Der limitierende Faktor ist & bleibt bei mir da leider die Energieaufnahme, auch wenn ich schon echt viel probiert habe (Masseshakes, Zuckersirup, Öl bis zum Abwinken, Nutella löffeln etc.) 🥲
Werde weiter daran arbeiten und bekomme es hoffentlich bald wieder konstant gut hin 🤞🏼🙂↕️

Kennst du das, wenn du weißt du solltest eine Entscheidung treffen, aber du magst das Ergebnis dieser Entscheidung nicht, also zögerst du sie heraus, triffst sie dann doch, das Ergebnis ist genau so mies wie du es erwartet hast und du weißt, warum du sie so lange hinausgezögert hast? Ihr wisst ich liebe es Dinge mit Sarkasmus zu verarbeiten, vielleicht auch manchmal zu überspielen. Dennoch weiß ich auch, dass unter Humor manchmal mehr steckt. Das soll kein Pick-Me sein. Ich habe ein tolles Umfeld, das mich bei allem unterstützt. Ich weiß aber auch, dass es nicht bei jedem so ist.
Und manchmal siehst du Menschen an, wie es ihnen geht, manchmal auch nicht. Daher lass uns doch alle versuchen ein bisschen mehr Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen, gerade auf unser engstes Umfeld. Natürlich ist jede Person für sich selbst verantwortlich, aber nachfragen schadet selten. 😇
