라는 위기감이 5년차에 들더군요

2006년 제가 창업했던 이름은 '손짱'이었어요.
퓨전 한복이라는 이름으로
결혼식이나 행사 때 입는
드레시한 한복을 주로 했어요
고객도 분명했고, 시장도 또렷했죠.

그런데 어느 순간부터
사람들이 맞춤을 안 하더라고요.
맞춤 대신 대여를 선택했죠

그러다 아예 대여도 점점 줄어들고...
'돈을 주고 빌리는 것조차 아깝다'라는
분위기가 생겨나고 있었어요.

시장은 변하고 있었습니다

❌️절대 불변하는 전통❌️이 아닌
우리의 라이프스타일에 맞춰

그래서 만든 게 리슬이에요.

조금 더 가볍게,
조금 더 캐주얼하게,

그래서 일부러 대여는 하지 않았어요.
잠깐 몇시간 입고 끝나는 옷 말고,
매일 입는 옷이 되길 바랬어요.

그 선택이 쉽지는 않았어요.

한번 입기 아까운데 빌려주지
왜 대여를 하지 않느냐, 라는 지적도 많이받았어요.

마치 청바지처럼 내 옷장 속에
꺼내입는 입는 옷이 되길 바랬고
조금은 알아주는 분도 생겼습니다.

그렇게 시간이 흘러
어느덧 20년이 됐네요.
폐업하지 않고,
한 길로 여기까지 올 수 있었던 건
