Yapılışı:
Dana kuşbaşını önceden haşlayıp suyunu ayırdım. Julienne doğradığım havuçları zeytinyağında kavurup üzerine soğanları ekledim ve güzelce karamelize ettim. Sarımsakları ve haşlanmış etleri de ekleyip birkaç dakika daha kavurdum.
Önceden ıslattığım basmati pirincini üzerine yaydım. Baharatları ve tuzu ekleyip 2 su bardağı et suyunu döktüm. Tencerenin Kapağını kapatıp yaklaşık 20 dakika pişirdim. Ocaktan aldıktan sonra 15 dakika demlendirip servis ettim. 🤎
