9. I’ve always been a cactus friend, but now I want to cultivate friendships and have emotional responsibility, hehe.
10. Thoughts and emotions are generated at the same time; I can choose to think beautifully and discard negative thoughts (although I still need a lot of practice).
11. To have pleasant conversations, it’s better to genuinely take interest in the other person than to always talk about oneself.
12. Having a tidy home gives me peace, especially making the bed.
13. Writing everything down—thoughts, emotions, conflicts—helps take it out of my mind and materialize it; that’s how mental noise quiets down.
