A beautiful village with some of the clearest water in Turkey 🏝️ We went on a boat trip where they brought us to the best beaches, to see turtles, swim with fishies and a full body mud bath 🛁 The trip lasted a full day and lunch was included!
💲for the boat trip was 25€ per person(300kr), it was definitely worth it💃
Marmaris has a long and nice beach area, but imo i recommend taking the public bus/minivan to İçmeler. It’s just 15 minutes with bus and 1€ per person, and the beaches there are double the standard.
I can definitely recommend Marmaris if you want to swim in crystal blue water or enjoy beaches that are not as touristy. The prices in the village is also pretty decent, we saw a huge difference in prices from Marmaris to Side, so also a better option for backpackers/ cheap travelers 🤝❤️

This is such a unique place, it looks like it’s a ice mountain by the side of the town. But it’s actually chalk not ice, and on top of the mountain there are natural pools filled with cool water and clay. The clay is also purifying and cleansing for the skin, it was like a natural spa treatment 😍
Tickets is about 30€ per person, i recommend driving up there yourself, parking is around 3€ and you have all the time you’ll need to enjoy the mountain and the ancient city behind it, it’s included in the ticket. And the ancient city is big, so you’ll use 1,5hour or more to explore the area 😍
We parked for free in a parking lot, in the city. But woke up by the locals working right outside our van early in the morning, setting up a local market. (last 2 videos) So we sneaked out and drove shameful through the market to another spot🤭😂 The parking spot was on the park for night app which we’ve been using all the time on our eurotrips. This was the only time it kind of missed 😅 No harm were done tho and we enjoyed this spot soo much.
