Il tatuaggio nel mio caso mi ha aiutato moltissimo! Non potete capire quanto anche un piccolo tatuaggio possa estremamente valorizzare e abbellire una parte del corpo, anche quando questa può non piacerci.

Giorno B della seconda settimana del mio nuovo percorso con Luca.
Dopo la fase di cut calorico l’obiettivo è quello di costruire più possibile.
Sto facendo tantissimo volume sugli esercizi fondamentali, cercando di mantenere la tecnica al massimo della qualità. 🔵Inizio sempre con un po’ di mobilità e di attivazione, fondamentale per andare a preparare i muscoli target da allenare, sempre due fondamentali (Squat e Panca Piana o Stacco da terra e panca piana) attualmente voluminosi ma andranno a calare le ripetizioni incrementando l’intensità nelle settimane.
🔵Seguono sempre 1/2 esercizi molto tecnici e didattici in tensione continua, che mi sistemano un po’ di compensazioni che ho costruito nel tempo e a giorni alterni un esercizio monopodalico per farmi attivare allo stesso modo entrambe le gambe.

🦋 Quest’anno ho deciso di leggere di più, di iniziare nuove collaborazioni e di diventare più sicura di me, il mio punto più debole. Voglio vedere se riesco a mantenere questa promessa.

I miei consigli per poter ripartire al meglio sono, in realtà, quelli che posso sembrare i più banali di sempre:
-pensa positivo
-pianifica dettagliatamente la tua giornata e i tuoi prossimi mesi
-fai attività fisica
-progetta qualcosa di nuovo (magari quel tatuaggino che continui a rimandare)
In breve tempo diventerà una routine e non potrai farne a meno.

🦋 Poco più di due anni fa mi sono iscritta in palestra con la classica “voglia di cambiare qualcosa”, non sapendo nemmeno bene cosa.
Sono sicurissima che se non avessi avuto chi mi seguisse con cura, avrei fatto i canonici 3 mesi di iscrizione per poi abbandonare con la scusa “non vedo alcun risultato”.
è stato in tutti i sensi come un fulmine a ciel sereno ❤️ Prima di iniziare quella che poi a tutti gli effetti è diventata una relazione sentimentale, è stato il più qualificato e professionale personal trainer con cui io abbia mai avuto a che fare. È stato in grado di trasmettermi tutta la passione per questo genere di sport, aiutandomi e rimanendo al mio fianco con dedizione per tutto il percorso.
Sapete quanto siamo complicate noi donne, e quante insicurezze abbiamo! 😅
Questo è uno sport che più gli dai e più ti restituisce, non esistono scuse!
Non c’è nulla che può impedirci di essere la versione migliore di noi stessi, basta solo volerlo, più di ogni altra cosa al mondo, come se fosse in assoluto la nostra ragione di vita. Il tempo lo si trova, la costanza pure, basta solo iniziare.
