Das Hauptziel war meine erste Langdistanz und die anderen Wettkämpfe galten vor allem der Vorbereitung oder waren spontan zum Spaß. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass der Ironman Copenhagen sooo gut läuft. Wir hatten eine so schöne Zeit und es wird schwer, dass ein nächster daran kommt.
Auch die Quali für die 70.3 WM 2026 macht mich super happy ☺️
Silvester steht noch ein 10km Lauf an. Mal sehen, vielleicht ist da ja noch was drin 🙃
Mir fällt es immer noch schwer, meine Leistung im Nachhinein nicht kleinzureden. Selbst bei den Qualis denke ich oft, dass ich es nicht verdient habe oder dass es nichts Besonderes ist.
Ein Ziel für das nächste Jahr ist öfter mal stolz auf mich zu sein 🙂 Auch wenn es immer Leute geben wird, die viel besser sind.
Mir macht Training super Spaß, aber noch mehr Spaß macht es natürlich, wenn man seine Ziele erreicht ☺️
Bin total dankbar, dass alles so gut geklappt hat und freue mich auf das nächste Jahr ☺️🙌🏼

Ich konnte mich beim 70.3 in Erkner über den Performance Pool des neuen Slotvergabesystems qualifizieren 🙃
Angemeldet habe ich mich eigentlich nur für den Fall, dass ich bei der Langdistanz in Kopenhagen nicht finishen sollte. Damit nicht in Höchstform die Saison vorbei ist. Wie es beim 70.3 Erkner laufen könnte, konnte ich nicht einschätzen.
Am Ende liefen beide Wettkämpfe super 😍🥰
Die Radstrecke in Erkner ist traumhaft, leider hat es durchgängig geregnet. Dadurch bin ich mit kalten Füßen und Beinmuskeln auf die Laufstrecke. Mehr als 1,5 Gels und etwas Cola habe ich beim Laufen nicht aufnehmen können (geplant war das Doppelte). Erst im Ziel habe ich gesehen, dass ich wie erhofft unter 4:30min/km gelaufen und über 36km/h gefahren bin. Somit war das tatsächlich meine schnellste Rad-, Lauf- und Gesamtzeit auf einer MD 🥹
Die beiden Hauptwettkämpfe für das nächste Jahr stehen also fest ☺️
Aber jetzt aber erstmal Offseason (und wieder weniger Zucker 🥤) 🦦

Es hätte kaum besser laufen können. Mit einem Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer kam ich morgens am Gelände an 🌅 Bis zum Start habe ich mich relativ ruhig gefühlt und auf die Strecken gefreut.
Schwimmen und Radfahren gingen relativ schnell vorbei, ich bin fit auf die Laufstrecke und musste aufpassen nicht zu schnell loszulaufen (Den Fehler habe ich oft genug im Training gemacht 😇). Etwas nervig war, dass die Strecken tlw echt voll waren.
An der Laufstrecke standen super viele mitreißende Zuschauende mit Musik, Plakaten, Glocken etc. 📣 Durch die 4 Laufrunden konnte man sich den Marathon gut einteilen und hat außerdem „seine Leute“ häufig gesehen 🥰
Bis auf die letzten 1,5 Runden haben sich die Beine echt gut angefühlt und hart wurde es erst auf den letzten 6km. Aber da war das Ziel schon fast absehbar. 🏁
Auch, wenn ich mich durch die letzten 9 Monate Training gut vorbereitet gefühlt habe und eine ungefähre Pace im Kopf hatte, habe ich nie über „sub 10“ nachgedacht. Umso krasser das Gefühl, als mir das auf den letzten Kilometern zugerufen wurde und ich die Zeit kurz darauf beim Zieleinlauf gesehen habe. 😯🥹
Ich bin unglaublich dankbar für mein tolles Umfeld und meinen Körper, die alles so mitgemacht haben 🙏🏼
(For more reality: Nachdem ich meine Leute nach dem Zieleinlauf gesehen habe, ist der Körper ziemlich runtergefahren und ich war froh als wir wieder im Hotel waren 😬 Essen fiel mir selbst den Tag danach noch schwer).

Fange erst langsam an es richtig zu realisieren. Nach den ersten Kilometern hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass ich die Pace so lange halten kann. Mir war die meiste Zeit kalt und die Beine waren nicht so frisch wie erhofft 😅
Erst ein paar Meter vor dem Ziel habe ich gesehen, dass ich meine Zielzeit, unter 3h10, erreichen werde 🥹
