De boten van vissen met de seizoenen mee. We staan nu aan het begin van het platvis seizoen. Schol, Tarbot, Griet en Heilbot zijn volle bak aan het eten en worden steeds dikker.
Bijvangst is nu Rode Poon, Kabeljauw, Zeeduivel, Schelvis en Langoustines. Op de foto's spot je Heilbot en Rode Poon. En die video? Dat is een mega Tarbot van maar liefst 8 kg!
De boten komen binnen in Eemshaven en veilen de vis dan op de veiling. Komt een boot vrijdagavond binnen? Dan wordt de vis op maandag geveild, maar ligt het op zaterdag al bij ons in de winkel. Verser kan haast niet!
