πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ face/skin beauty cleansers don't stay on you skin more that 5-30 seconds. Therefore, even if cleansers do contain good ingredients there is not enough time to make them work

πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈmy suggestion is to invest small in cleanser... get yourself a simple basic cleanser like CeraVe, Cetaphil and spend good on a moisturiser / treatment βœ…
βœ…πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈHow long does it take for skincare ingredients to work?

πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈWhat I am seeing in my patients is that they don't stick to a regime. If they dont see results as quickly as they would like, they move onto something else. I am always reminding them that it depends on the ingredients involved and that will determine when they will see a noticeable difference in skin.

I decided to create this post to help encourage and educate you about time frames for particular ingredients πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

1.Vitamin C = start seeing benefits between 3-4 weeks and full benefits within 2-3 months
(particular formulation watch my Vitamin C video)

2.AHA/BHA = right away ( if formulation is done at the right ph level)

3.Retinols = well... it really depends on what type of retinol you are using / frequency of application. But don't expect fast results either way.The reason we have to use retinols for years as we know that retinols produce accumulative effect over 6 months plus πŸ‘ so just use it religiously for years and years... and one day you might notice that you look way younger than your peers πŸ˜Šβœ…
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ For your skin to receive a good amount of high potency vitamin C you need to consume fresh fruits. If you don't have an access to fruits you might need to use vitamins like Sustainable Slow release vitamin C is the way to go πŸ˜Šβœ…βœ… choose vitamin C that is formulated with low acidity and this way it will be gentle on your stomach πŸ‘
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ dont be fulled by skin care companies and marketing gurus πŸ˜Šβœ…βœ…
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈvideo is posted on Reels
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ some things just need to be left behind βœ…βœ…
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ Do you remember the old saying "skin glows from inside out" well its true

For your cells to function well, protect you from free radicals you need not to just slap on a Vitamin C serum and hope for magic to happen.... noooo my dear friends

πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈDaily consumption of fruits containing high amount Vitamin C or vitamins containing C is the best way for you to get that glowing skin from inside out πŸ˜ƒβœ…βœ…
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ I hope it helps you guys when you consider products to prevent skin ageing 😊❀️
πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈRetinol and Tretinoin? Which is Better?

Both:

1.Exfoliate skin
2.Smooth fine lines
3.Fade age spots
4.Thicken the dermis

Which one is better?

Tretinoin is a prescription ONLY cream and is much stronger and faster working than Retinol.

Start with OTC Retinol and once you can tolerate it well switch to Tretinoin
