Eu fui mãe aos 40 anos depois de muitas curvas no caminho. Questões de saúde, decisões difíceis e uma história que me acompanha desde a infância. Um tumor de 9 cm no ovário direito, um teratoma que esteve comigo por 26 anos aqui dentro de mim. Descobri o primeiro ainda criança, perdi um ovário muito cedo, e depois a metade do outro ovário! Enfrentei o diagnósticos, na adolescências, de um terceiro tumor naquela metade de ovário, e por muito tempo, ouvi que engravidar naturalmente seria improvável. Tirar esse último tumor significaria uma alta chance de entrar na menopausa precoce. Manter também exigia coragem e desconfortos.
Mas a vida não é feita só de limites. Ela também é feita de possibilidades, de tempo, de cuidado e de fé no processo. No fim, deu tudo certo. Estou sem tumor, com meu ovário preservado e com a prova viva de que nem tudo precisa seguir o roteiro esperado para dar certo.
Obrigada por cada mensagem, cada palavra de carinho e apoio. Elas fizeram diferença. ❤️
