Can we talk about the kind of damage stress does to your body?? I never thought I could be stressed out but late 2024 said “hold my cup” 😭. It was the worst fr fr - I felt heartbroken in so many different ways, dealt with unwanted things BRUH!!
Then from February/March this year, it was like another episode came rushing in and this time it just compounded on everything from last year, but THANK GOD FOR BRINGING US OUT.
In all this, guess what took the worst hit - MY HAIR. Getting it back to its healthy state was extremely calming and I’m really excited to see my hair back to its original glory ☺️. In the words of “Look better, Feel better” ✨
I’ve made so many new acquaintances in this short period and TBH you’re God sent cos only God knew how much I needed this ❤️ - so thank you really, thank you ❤️
