Und ich war sogar 7. Minuten schneller als letztes Jahr💪🏽
Und das obwohl es keine so wirkliche Marathonvorbereitung bei mir gab 🤪
Manchmal kommt eben ziemlich viel Leben dazwischen (Familie, Arbeit, Zeit,…)somit wurde ein Lauf mal hier mal da mit in den Alltag integriert 😅
Aber der Ehrgeiz hat mich nun wieder gepackt und wenn es das Leben & die Zeit (sowie mein
Diabetes) zulässt versuche ich weiter mein Ziel zu verfolgen nächstes Jahr vielleicht dem ganzen Marathon zu laufen💪🏽😉
