いつもはラウンジでお茶を楽しむのが
メインですが、
今回は12時チェックイン・16時チェックアウトという贅沢なプランで、
最上階の客室に滞在。
仕事柄、どうしても空間の細部をチェックしてしまうのが職業病ですが…

MLモダンリビング大賞のスタイリング・
デザイン賞授賞式が開催されました。
今回で初回のノミネートから数えて、
7回目となります。
数多くの素晴らしい作品の中から
1作品としてノミネートいただけたこと、
また多くの方々に見ていただけたことを、
大変光栄に思っております。
【概要】
ノミネートNo.7 みねぎしくみ
『間（ま）に生きる小さなアトリエ』
自然と都市、伝統と現代、動と静の
“あいだ”にある暮らし。
コロナ禍を機に出会った15坪の古い平屋を、設計から施工まで私自身が手がけ、
地元の職人さんと共に再生しました。
塩焼き石灰や土佐漆喰の壁、
残された和室と建具、
再生された井戸と枯山水の庭など、
青梅の文化・芸術・素材と融合した
ミニマルな空間が、
静謐な時間を育んでいます。
青梅の藍色文化「Ome Blue」に宿る記憶。「暮らすように泊まる」をテーマに
ただの宿ではなく
暮らしを楽しむためのアトリエとして
生まれた場所です。
このアトリエは、
私自身が経験した
リノベーションの記憶を内包し
これからも「暮らしと空間」
この場所とともに
私自身も少しずつ成長していきたいと
感じています。
