今年もコツコツ継続しています。
一回もできなかった懸垂は6回できるようになって、10kgも上がらなかったデッドリフトは70kgを1回だけだけど上げられた☺️✨
嬉しいー✨
更年期に入って体調も思考も崩れて苦しかったけど、筋トレをすることで体力がついて、苦しいことにも向き合う精神力も鍛えられた気がしてる。
体型を作る！と始めた筋トレが自分と向き合う時間になった☺️
支え続けてくれているトレーナー さんのお陰です。
コツコツ続けることでしか見れない景色が見たいんだー💪🏻

4月2日にキャンディが静かに穏やかにゆっくりと息を引き取りました。
彼と2人でキャンディの最後の瞬間まで見守ることができて、最後の最後までキャンディの優しさに包まれた気分です。
何も口にしなくなっても気丈に振る舞うキャンディがとてもかっこよくて…。
やっぱりキャンディは私にとって師匠。
保護の活動をするようになったのもキャンディを家族に迎えたから。キャンディがいてくれたから今の私たちがあるよ。
キャンディが全ての始まり。
あの日、トコトコと私の方に歩いてきてちょこんと膝に乗ってくれてありがとう。
今はまだ胸が痛くて苦しいけど、キャンディと最後まで一緒に過ごせた最高に幸せな日々だけを大切にするからね。
私と彼とそして我が家にきた全ての子を無条件に受け入れて守ってくれてありがとう。
キャンディが赤ちゃんだった のお母さんになって守った姿は、私の中で最も美しい光景だったよ。

色々ありまして、色々練り直していただき遂に新居の着工がスタートしました。
完成は9月を予定しています。
コンセプトは変わらず「動物が遊べる美術館」です。
住居より庭が広くアニマルファーストな家になります。
以前のデザインから大幅に変わったのは平屋から2階建になったことと、3.3mを予定していた壁が2.1mに低くなったこと。低くはなりましたが壁の反り返りで脱走防止策を練り予算内でできるベストを の2人が考えてくれました。
そして壁の両サイドが室内に入り込みまるでハグをしているような家になることから「ハグの家」と名づけました。壁が室内に入り込むことでできる隙間はガラスを入れてもらうのでここも脱走防止策はバッチリです。
殺処分されてしまう子を1匹でも多く助けて抱きしめてあげられるような家にしていけたら嬉しいです。
写真はイメージなのでもしかしたら変わっていくかもしれませんが、これ以上壁だけは低くしないようにしたい！

2023年9月9日JIROとさよならをしました。
11時頃「JIROの好きな時でいいからね」と伝え、仕事を終えて連絡をしたら13時頃、静かに息を引き取ったと。
最後の瞬間まで彼が側に居てくてれて、帰るとシャンプーとブラッシングして綺麗になったJIROと会えて、最後のキスをしました。
約1ヶ月ほぼ毎日彼と交代で病院に通い、少しずつ最後の日を迎える心の準備をさせてくれたJIRO。
いつその日がきても、自分を責めたり後悔するのだけはやめよう。と彼と約束できたのも、何度、生死を彷徨っても懸命に生きる姿を見せてくれたJIROがいたから。
2020年の夏、4度の手術を乗り越え2022年3月には「もう今日が山場です」と言われたJIROがその後1年半も生きてくれた奇跡が私たちを強くしてくれました。
どんなことが起きても懸命に生きるということ、死が近づいてきたら、それに抗うことなく受け入れるということ。
私には到底できないと感じることをJIROが見せくれました。
いつも穏やかで優しくて控えめで、皆んなが寝ると私の所に来て抱っこして、触って！とせがんでくれた子。
虐待を受けていたのに、そんな過去を1mmも感じさせない強い子でしたが、次に生まれ変わるなら「1番に我が家に来てね。」と伝えさよならをしました。
私はJIROのこととなると弱くなるから、イベント続きで忙しくて考える余裕がない時に逝ってくれたんだなぁ。と感じています。
私が壊れないように最後までJIROが優しさを見せてくれたんだと思えて、今とても幸せです。
9日に亡くなり、その日の22時からの葬儀には突然のことなのにJIROを想って沢山の仲間が集まってくれました。
JIROが倒れ輸血が必要になった時に出会えたかけがえのない仲間。
私が一時預かりをした子達を家族に迎えてくれた家族たち。
JIROを家族のように愛してくれた友達たちとJIROを保護して私に託してくれた保護団体の代表。
斎場にはいないけど、心を寄せてお花を届けてくれたりメッセージで愛を伝えてくれたり、イベントに来て何も言わず支えてくれた友達たち、そしてJIROを私たちと同じくらい心配して診てくださった3人の先生たちに救われました。
この愛を感じられたのもJIROのお陰です。
Instagramを通してJIROを助けてくださった方、想ってくださった方たちにも心から感謝しています。
本当に本当にありがとうございました。
JIROへ。
お母さんさ、1人になるとJIROを思って初めて人目を憚らず涙がでちゃってさ、泣きながら歩いて、泣きながらご飯食べて、泣きながら運転して、今泣きながら投稿しようとしてるんだけど、沢山泣きたいのは悲しいとか悔しいとかじゃなくて、ただただJIROからの愛がこんなにも大きくて幸せだなぁ。って嬉しい涙なんだ。まだ「会いたいなぁ。」って思っちゃうけど、ちゃんといつも感じられるようになるから心配しないでね。
こんな幸せを教えてくれてありがとね。
