I cannot believe I had 36 family and friends in Paris! Blows my mind every time I try to think about the amount of love and support I had around me through this journey. Extremely grateful to everyone who made the trip and loved on me the past 3 years. And to those who spent time with Claire in Paris, thank you! And to my incredible husband, Ryan, you are what got me here. I love you 🏐
My love for Paris grew this trip. It wasn’t always my favorite place but the people around the Games were incredible! I loved fresh chocolate bread in the morning with our coffee cart trips to Lucy’s crew and the bakery. And trying Michelin star chef dishes daily. Thank you Paris! 🥖
This team. The love. The new bonds we’ve formed. Every day was a lesson in how stress can drive deeper commitment to your relationship to others, to survive and thrive. I can’t tell you how much I cried, how much stress this Games really took a toll on me, but every step of the way were my friends on the team and on staff, to pick me up, love on me, and make me believe it was all possible. You are my family. I love each and every one of you. And I couldn’t be more proud to have done this journey with such amazing people. ❤️

I’m happy to report as I sit here staring at our 7 lb 7 oz, 20” Claire 🧸on Day 2 of being a Mom, I can feel my whole heart laying in this swaddle next to me.
Ryan is the best Dad already, tackling the baby burrito and diaper changing head on. He’s been waiting on Mom and baby hand and foot.
Doctors have said we are both progressing really well and Baby girl is healthy as can be. Currently she loves skin to skin time (and so do I), sucking her hands, and being held by her family. We are all full of love… Claire, Ryan and I 💜 Can’t wait to introduce her to all of you soon!
