1. Cashmere. If you want 100% cashmere that won’t pill, look for premium or higher-end pieces. It’s almost impossible to find quality cashmere in the mid-price range or mass market. So, I recommend cashmere blends with merino wool or silk — they prevent pilling and add durability.
2. Alpaca. Super stylish and long-lasting. Choose denser alpaca yarns, as thin knits tend to stretch out fast.
3. My current favorite is a wool + silk blend. That’s what I use for my scarves and shawls. Warm, lightweight, and durable natural fibers. The prints are my paintings, full of meaning and love.
