Ran a cool 13.1 miles today. πŸ™ƒ

3rd half marathon is in the books ya’ll! Barely.πŸ˜… After a 3 hour delay leaving San Diego yesterday, I missed my connecting flight and had to drive 3.5 hours from Charlotte to Hilton head. At 10pm. On 3 hours of sleep. But I made it, and that’s all that counts! No way I was missing out on running my bro’s first half and seeing the cutest little supporter that ever existed. ☺️

So grateful to make memories like this and a special shoutout to my body for pulling through even when I deprive it of sleep and feed it pretzels and sour patch kids for dinner. I think it deserves better. πŸ˜†

These photos sum up our race experience pretty well. They started to get hilariously unhinged somewhere around mile 7. Literally ran on caffeine and fumes but a few well-timed energy gels and a solid playlist had us finishing in the top 50! Overall, a total success. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Thanks for a great race!

Happy Sunday ya’ll! How was your weekend??

Snaps from some magical fall days in Western NC. 🍁🫢

I flew back east a few weeks ago for a fam trip to New England & road tripped half the East Coast just to catch fall colors in my favorite place! In a few days, I drove from Maine all the way down to WNC and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Nothing will ever compare to fall in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Something about it just hits different, and I can’t quite put into words why. Trust me, I’ve tried (and failed) many times.

This place has such a hold on my heart. It brings me so much joy and an overwhelming amount of peace. It’s a lightness I just don’t feel anywhere else. Like my soul knows it’s home.

Anyway, I’m so grateful to have experienced these beautiful moments, even if they were fleeting. ❀️🍁

Anyone else know what I mean??

πŸ“·:
Went from sea level to 6k feet w/o ever leaving San Diego County. Just one of many things I love about living here. πŸ₯Ή

My heart is so happy after some much needed time in the mountains. There was barely a soul on the trail & I unexpectedly found fall!

Did you know SD had this much variety?
Life lately ❀️

From Maine to Cali- fall views, family time, beach days, sunset runs, Padres games, farmers markets, gym sesh’s and a whole lot of chaos in between.

I’m sleep deprived, my stomach hurts, and I wouldn’t change a thing. πŸ˜†

And if you’re wondering whether I ever sit still… absolutely not. My heart might be on both coasts, but I’m not mad about it (though my cat definitely is).

Now, I mustache you a question- which photo is your favorite? πŸ˜†πŸ₯Έ
Postcards from falls past. 🍁
Reminiscing about this amazing trip to Washington State, exploring Mount Rainier and North Cascades National Parks, has me realizing I’m overdue for a solid hiking trip. 😬

Maybe it’s the changing of the seasons, but I’ve been reflecting a lot on how much I’ve changed too.

For the longest time, I thought there was something wrong with me (well, there are a lot of things, I’m sure πŸ˜†), but I thought feeling pulled in a hundred different directions meant I was unsettled or always searching for something I’d never find. I’ve been told I’m running from something (maybe a little true), or that I’m β€œtoo much” or β€œinauthentic” because I can be so many different things all at once.

But I’ve recently realized that’s just who I am. I’m not running away from life. I’m running toward it. Toward everything that makes me feel alive. There’s so much to do and see and experience and so little time to do it.

Some people find home in one place. I think mine’s scattered across every version of myself I’ve met along the way. In every place that’s made a mark, in every person I’ve connected with or care deeply about. Honestly, I don’t really belong anywhere…because I belong everywhere.

And I’ve finally stopped trying to fix that. I’m learning to embrace it, and it’s been one of the most liberating things I’ve ever done. ❀️

I’m curious if ya’ll have ever felt something similar?
might be known as a ski resort, but fall here is secretly a dream! 🍁 #WVTourismPartner

At nearly 5,000 feet, the colors hit early and hang around longer, painting the Allegheny Highlands in the prettiest mix of reds and golds.

It’s the largest winter resort in the Southeast, but this time of year it turns into a playground for hiking, mountain biking, and paddling… or just taking in the views with a coffee in hand. This was my first time visiting, and I loved the fall scenery, cozy vibes combination. I will never get over how vibrant the foliage in West Virginia is!

The Village has everything you need to turn a quick trip into a full-on getaway cozy logdes, cute shops, good food, and sunset walks that made me wonder why the heck it took me so long to visit.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to plan a fall trip to West Virginia, this is it!! πŸ‚πŸ

πŸŽ₯ If your bestie RV trip doesn’t feel like a movie - did it even happen?? #GoRVing

With epic views, chaotic moments, and one massive pinecone, our RV trip to Tahoe was so movie-worthy, we decided to share with you via this cinematic masterpiece. You’re welcome. πŸ˜†

The fame will be tough to get used to, but we’ll manage! πŸ’…

Even with the chaos, I wouldn’t have explored Tahoe any other way. It was the trip of a lifetime, and RV travel life gave us the freedom to make it all up as we went. We could park by the trailhead, make breakfast before an early hike, and chase lake views without checking in/out of a hotel.

RVing travel made everything more flexible, more fun, and way more memorable!

Thinking of planning your own RV trip? has everything you need to get started - even if you’re totally new to RVing.

πŸ“ŒSave this for later and send it to your road trip person.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌNow, the real question. Which part of our epic low budget film resonated most? The cinematic montage or the blooper reel?
Are you a fan of of the β€œstrange and unusual?” πŸ‘»

If so, you should totally check out these β€œStranger” hikes in Virginia. They’re perfect for a Halloween adventure!
