Merry Christmas 🎄

Dream team &
Skydiving isn’t about fear.
It’s about what happens to your nervous system when fear is voluntary.

During freefall, the brain releases a very specific cascade:
adrenaline sharpens attention,
noradrenaline increases precision,
dopamine encodes the experience as meaningful,
and endorphins create the calm that follows.

When stress is chosen - not imposed -
it trains the nervous system to stay regulated under pressure.

High-intensity experiences, done intentionally,
are one of the most underrated tools for mental resilience.

Training mode.
I don’t usually stop at introductions:)
In the last month, I’ve spent almost 100 hours flying… ✈️

Great for stories, not ideal for longevity. At this point, my carry-on is less fashion and more pharmacology:)

Since avoiding long-haul flights wasn’t an option, adaptation was.
So I built a new (amazing!) biohacking flight protocol to protect energy, circulation, beauty and recovery.

Walk every 60–90 minutes - and a lymphatic drainage massage after landing is an excellent life choice.

Ancient Andean Biohacks. Cusco.

Cusco is one of the most powerful places I’ve ever been to.
A city at ~3,400 meters above sea level, where the boundary between worlds seems to dissolve. In Andean tradition, it is called a crossroads between the upper and the lower worlds.

Living here is physically demanding. Yet people have lived - and lived well a in these mountains for centuries. What was passed down was not a mindset of survival, but a refined culture of cooperation with altitude, not against it.

Here they say:
altitude is not conquered — it is negotiated with.

This is how locals do it.
1. Coca 🌿
Tea (as well as candies, chocolate, and marmalade) made from coca leaves, are a foundational adaptation ritual. They are traditionally used to ease breathing, reduce head pressure, and help the body settle more gently into high altitude.
2. Muña (Andean mint)🍃
Most often consumed in the evening. It supports breathing, relaxes the body, and aids digestion.
3. Emoliente 🫖
A traditional warm drink made from grains, seeds, and herbs (barley, flaxseed, anise, and others). It is commonly used to support digestion, provide warmth, and promote overall recovery.
4. Carbohydrates as part of adaptation 🌽🥔
Quinoa, corn, chicha morada (a drink made from purple corn), and potatoes (Peru has over 3,000 varieties!). These aren’t “superfoods,” but a functional nutritional base for life in the mountains.
5. Warmth and rhythm 🌬️🧣
Layered clothing, warmth in the evenings, and a slower pace during the first days.

From my side, I also added:
• electrolytes,
• ginger,
• very slow movement during the first 1–2 days,
• oxygen from the pharmacy,
• and, if needed, Diamox.

Cusco teaches something simple and precise:
adaptation is not force - it is a dialogue with the body and the space🙌🏻
Sometimes you have to go very far to stop running away from yourself.
So far that escape is no longer an option.

I believe we truly discover who we are in only two spaces:
in relationships, and in travel.
The kind of travel where no role needs to be played.
Where the body responds faster than the mind.

Peru was that rupture.
High altitude. Amazonian jungles. Fatigue. The unknown.
Moments of awe - and moments of resistance.

I live passionately - a warrior-explorer by nature.
I need motion. Direction. A path.
Experiences are not decoration for me;
they are fuel for my inner fire.

And somewhere between mountains, rivers, and places of power,
the lesson arrived quietly.
Not about strength. Not about endurance.

But about self-love.
Unforced. Gentle. Mature.

I leave Peru carrying this knowing.
Moving forward - inspired.
And a little closer to myself than before.
A proud moment 🤍

I’ve officially completed my MSc in Bioscience Innovation & Enterprise at — one of the world’s top 10 universities.

And was invited to present my dissertation to the new UCL cohort after receiving triple distinction — the highest mark across both blind markers! 💯🥳

My research explored the link between the gut microbiome and sleep, proposing a novel nutraceutical concept (postbiotics, peptides and amino acid) and its commercialization pathway in Japan.

This moment marks the end of my master’s and a step towards a bigger journey in biohacking and longevity 🤞🏻
This might not be the kind of content that typically gets up likes, but meeting Professor Hiroki Ueda in Oxford was a genuine honour and extremely valuable for me.

For those unfamiliar, Hiroki Ueda is one of the world’s leading experts in circadian biology and sleep science, with over 260 influential publications. His groundbreaking work on the genetic and molecular basis of our internal clocks has significantly advanced how we understand sleep, health, and longevity.

Discussing my dissertation on the gut microbiome and sleep quality, and gaining insights directly from someone at the forefront of science, was both inspiring and humbling. Moments like these remind me why I chose this path—to learn, grow, and hopefully, contribute meaningfully 🤞🏻 🧬

Grateful beyond words for opportunities like this. 🌟
