選手間で、お話したり、サッカーの指摘や意見を出しながらメンバーの人間性もみて、プレースタイルや個性を把握してる段階です。
個人的に上手い下手より人間性を1番に考え、選手の受け入れをしてます👍
さて、昨日は、
初めてのソサイチを行いました💪
ソサイチは「Football Society（社交的サッカー）」を語源とする、少人数で楽しめる7人制のサッカーです。サッカーとフットサルの良いところが組み合わされており、スピーディーでダイナミックな試合展開が魅力的です✨
総監督の吉原宏太さんが帯同し、ご指導をいただきました。
初参加もいて、
色んな年齢やレベルでのサッカー感の選手達が集まるので、特にこのようなチームには、宏太さんのような存在感のある人は必要だなと改めて感じました。
特に外国人選手の方には、しっかりと寄り添ってアドバイスを送ってくれました✌️
試合をしてくれた、FS Depart北海道のチームの皆さん、ありがとうございました。
強度ある試合ができて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです🙇♂️

まずは、11月〜12月のコタサカにおきまして、天候が悪い開催もありながら、多くの参加者に来ていただき、本当にありがとうございました🙇♂️
札幌市内だけでなく、遠くは旭川からもコタサカのために駆けつけてくれて、頭の下がる思いですm(_ _)m
サッカー経験の高い方、まだサッカーに慣れてない方、老若男女と様々な方が一同に集まり、サッカーを楽しめる空間は、吉原宏太さんがいてこそ、成り立つ時間でした。
今年も一年通して、参加者の皆さんには、すごく成長してくれた実感があります。日に日に上手くなってます✌️
2026年は、午年です（うまどし）🐎
競馬場のように駆け抜けて、走り抜ける1年にしたいと思ってます💪

夜は、なかなか来れない方の為に昼までの開催も増やしてます！

コンサドーレOBチーム『コンサオールズ』で前座試合に参加させて頂きました。
懐かしいメンバーとの再会も、プレミストドームでサポーターやファンの方の前でプレー出来る喜びに浸りながらプレーさせて頂きました。😃
伸二とパス交換なんてオリンピック予選とか以来でミスしないように緊張したのは内緒にしときますw
個人的には夏に怪我してなかなか痛みも取れずトレーニングもできてないので良いプレーが見せれるか。
対戦相手の子供達に良い刺激を与えれるか心配はしましたがなんとなくできたかなと。
プレーするからには良いパフォーマンスを出したいですしね。
ゴールシーンは最後にオフサイドの判定があり残念でしたが爪痕は残せたかな（笑）
いつまでやれるか分からないですがまたこんな機会があればゴール決めれるように準備しておきます。
ストライカースクールの生徒にも良い刺激になってくれたらなと思います。ヾ(*'∀`*)ﾉ
