They're not Scottish, but perhaps they're quintessentially punk! We all love a good rebellious tartan moment, a loud statement drenched to the skin, with the bold face paint and flashes of solid bright red — a lacey lolita headband against messy black hair, the silhouette of red tights against the tail of a high-low skirt. And as with all things punk, the outfit is self-made and DIY!

We see some intricate decora outfits every edition, and this one is no less amazing! An incredible crown of plush hair accessories, a belt of plush keychains, and hot pink accents to tie it all together. We are excited to witness the resurgence of decora here in sg!

Sweet lolita is here to stay! There can never be too much pink, lace, frills or ruffles — the more the merrier! We love the touch of DIY, and the styling (hair, makeup) that went with the outfit. Very lovely, very demure!
