こちらは料理家渡辺康啓さんの食材と調理道具のお店で、
料理教室もされています。
オリジナルキッチン道具やセレクトされた調味料などが素敵な空間に並び、２階はギャラリーR。エプロン商会さんのエプロンが♡
神戸の店で出会い使い始めていた「ちょっと長いレンゲ」もオリジナル商品で、味見スプーン、とりわけスプーンとしてものすごく重宝してます！
熊本の菜種油は卵を炒めただけでも美味しいと教えていただき買いましたが、とても香りが良かった！
この日は野菜市もありラッキーでした。
買い物を楽しむ前、かなり長い時間犬談義。
渡辺さんの愛犬の黒ラブ🐕🦺ジーノくんに会うのも楽しみで、ヴァトンも連れて行きましたが、残念ながらジーノくんはお留守でした😭
料理教室中は、このお部屋にいるんだって。
設計時に犬の部屋を作ってあげたなんて素敵すぎる。
ずっと気になっていた、この店のきゅうりサンド🥒
ようやく食べられた。
サンドイッチもサラダもきちんと美味しくて、
紅茶もポットでMUSICA🫖
なのにセットで980円！

発売は2025年２月５日ですが、すでにAmazon、紀伊國屋書店、楽天ブックスなどのネット書店、書店での本の予約が始まりました。

料理教室を再開して約８年。
雑誌やテレビなどの仕事と両立できる範囲の月１日だけ。と決めたゆるい再スタートでした。
その後、ちょっとしたきっかけでひとクラス増やし。
もうひとクラス増やし。と地道に続けてきたら、
申し込んで下さる方も増え、今では１００名近くの方が毎月通ってくださるようになりました。
遠方から飛行機や新幹線、夜行バスなどで通ってくださる方もおり、身が引き締まる思いです。
私の料理教室は超実践型。
必ずみんな包丁を持つし、加熱調理も盛り付けもみんな関わる。
せっかく料理教室に足を運んでもらっているんだから、とにかく関わって楽しんで、笑顔で帰宅して欲しい。
洗い物しててそこ見逃しちゃったよー。なんて事がないように、洗い物は義理父まさるが一手に引き受けてくれています💪（←感謝）
本を通して、そんな私の思い、教室の雰囲気を味わってもらえたら嬉しいです。
この本は、長年料理教室に通ってくださっている編集者の方に企画のご相談をして出版が実現しました。
実際に教室に通い、その雰囲気をわかっている方にお願いできたことはこの上ないです。
個人用にiPhoneで撮影されていた素敵な写真は臨場感もあり、実際に教室に通っている気分になるだろうと、
無理を言って写真を使わせてもらえるようにお願いしました。
本に掲載する為に撮影していたわけじゃないので驚かれていたし、お手間もかけてしまい感謝しかないです！
表紙や巻頭撮影分には、カメラマンさん、スタイリストさんも入り、華を添えてくださいました。
デザインも素敵に仕上がってます！
発売まで、まだ確認作業は残ってますが、力強いライターさんや校正さんの存在もあり、ここまで進むことができました。
